The Team: The Consumer Marketing Data & Analytics team supports and manages the implementation of technology initiatives supporting the company's portfolio of multi-brand, and multi-national consumer-facing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional, multi-project teams to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and on budget in accordance with the defined scope, timeline and budget. The Solution Architect is also responsible for applying technical, theoretical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with stakeholders, vendors and project team members. Job Description The Opportunity: As a Solutions Architect for Consumer Marketing Data & Analytics at Mattel, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering state-of-the-art data and analytics solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our internal teams and technology partners to develop comprehensive and scalable marketing data and analytics solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving marketing technology landscape. What Your Impact Will Be: Solution Design: Develop high-level solution architectures that align with clients' marketing objectives and business goals. Create detailed technical specifications and designs for complex data and analytics projects. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their specific marketing data and analytics requirements. Collaborate with clients to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight for a team of data engineers to implement cutting-edge consumer marketing solutions. Technology Evaluation: Stay current with the latest marketing data and analytics technologies, tools, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance our solution offerings. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for quality assurance, testing, and documentation to ensure the reliability and accuracy of marketing data and analytics solutions. Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and development teams to align on business strategies and provide input on product development and enhancements. Qualifications What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8 years of experience in solution architecture, data engineering, or related roles with a focus on marketing data and analytics. Proven experience in designing and delivering consumer marketing data and analytics solutions for enterprise clients. Strong knowledge of data management, ETL processes, data warehousing, and analytics platforms. Expertise in marketing analytics tools and technologies, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Blueconic, Klaviyo, etc. Knowledge of performance marketing concepts such as targeting & segmentation, real-time optimization, A/B testing, attribute modeling, etc. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding technical teams. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. The annual base salary range for this position is between $112,000.00 and $165,000.00. This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
