General Manager
Intown Golf Club (IGC) is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is currently seeking a General Manager (GM) to join the team. The GM will be responsible for the entire operations, which include the Food & Beverage Program, Golf Services, and Events Sales.
General Manager Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the member and guest experience to ensure that service and quality of product are consistently delivered at a world-class level. Oversee the kitchen, dining room, and golf services management teams to ensure the highest level of operation of the club. Oversee Human Resources including all hiring, on-boarding, orientation, training, disciplinary action, termination and off-boarding. Oversee P&L ensuring proper sales tabulation and reporting, proper payment collection and reconciliation, accurate sales tax reporting. Inspect and approve daily sales summaries and journal entries. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports. Control COGS, labor expenses, and operating expenses to ensure maximum profitability. Ensure all employees are happy, engaged, and provided every opportunity to develop professionally. Maintain health department regulations and training. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Oversee all maintenance and repairs needed throughout the club. Oversee banking including making timely deposits. Approve bi-weekly payroll for all employees. Regular coordination with the corporate team to implement new practices and policies. General Manager
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years experience in a General Manager role at a premier private golf club, hotel, or upscale/fine dining restaurant. Extremely high attention to detail. Proven track record of developing and managing a world-class F&B program. Must exemplify a history of service excellence. Must be extremely personable. Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L.
