Assistant Vice President, Multinational Client Executive
to support our Multinational business in our
Chicago, IL
office.

What you'll be doing: Fostering strong relationships with brokers, clients, underwriters and distribution to identify, support and drive growth strategies, account retentions, and new business for all lines of business Managing the design and execution of Multinational Programs working in partnership with product underwriters and distribution Acting as the Multinational subject matter expert and escalation point for program design and execution, territorial analysis and additional related matters Leading the Multinational end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholders Responsible for all non-underwriting aspects of client service delivery for the assigned portfolio, ensuring contract certainty and a positive client experience Effectively communicate with clients and brokers to determine their requirements for global insurance programs What you'll bring:
Minimum 5 - 7 years of Multinational Commercial insurance experience Strong client focused experience working with multinational businesses and interfacing with risk managers and brokers Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to influence and grow our business Undergraduate degree or demonstrable industry experience Fluency in international languages is advantageous, though not required Ability to travel up to 25% At Sompo International, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success. Our compensation program is built on a foundation that promotes a pay-for-performance culture, resulting in higher incentive awards, on average, when the Company does well and lower incentive awards when the Company underperforms. The total compensation opportunity for all regular, full-time employees is a combination of base salary and incentives that gets adjusted upfront based on overall Company performance with final awards based on individual performance.
