Job Description
This role will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for
Coordinating mechanical design, electrical design, and programming efforts to ensure seamless integration across all project aspects. Utilizing PTC Creo for modeling and drafting tasks, contributing to the creation of precise designs. Researching and specifying purchased components that align with system requirements, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility. Reviewing technical specifications to verify that designs comply with all applicable standards and regulations. Managing and processing department-related non-conformances as necessary to maintain quality assurance. Leading complex projects for key customers, government agencies, and projects classified as NQA1, ensuring all requirements are met. Creating and maintaining design verification documentation, including forms and reports necessary for adherence to quality programs. Conducting meetings with customers to define, clarify, and align on project objectives and deliverables according to detailed contract specifications. Developing comprehensive project schedules that outline key milestones, critical path tasks, and progress payment schedules. Providing leadership and guidance to the project team, collaborating with production, electrical, service, quality, and sales departments to ensure timely project delivery. The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have
3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment Engineering degree, Mechanical preferred CAD System experience, PTC Creo preferred Blueprint and Engineering drawing interpreting and reading skills Pneumatic, piping, and electro-mechanical automation systems knowledge P&ID experience Strong written and verbal communication skills What's on Offer
