We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships in the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sector. This position focuses on developing new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering customized MRO solutions to industries such as manufacturing, utilities, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background in MRO products and services, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive sales by identifying new opportunities within the MRO sector and expanding market share. Maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Promote a broad range of MRO products, services, and solutions tailored to client needs. Explore potential new engine sales when opportunities arise. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored MRO solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. Industry Expertise and Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with MRO industry trends, product developments, and customer applications. Work closely with internal teams to provide technical support and customized solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers when necessary. Operational Excellence:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies. Ensure pricing and proposals align with company profitability goals. Collaboration and Leadership:
Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and technical teams to meet customer demands. Mentor junior sales representatives, sharing knowledge and best practices. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in MRO or related industries (e.g., marine, industrial, or heavy equipment). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills and Competencies:
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to quickly learn and utilize ERP systems and other sales tools. Familiarity with MRO product lines, including OEM and agnostic product offerings. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to create tailored solutions. Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 75% for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
