We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for our Livermore, CA office, specializing in public works projects, particularly in water and sewer treatment plants. The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of experience with HCSS estimating software and have a strong background in contracting.
Key Qualifications and Skills HCSS proficiency (mandatory) Extensive experience in public works, water, and wastewater projects At least 10 - 15 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Role Requirements
Must have experience working for a contractor Security clearance is not required Visa candidates will not be considered Project Management and Coordination: Delivering complex projects efficiently and effectively. Project Management:
