Job Description
Calculate costs by analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements. Oversee projects and subcontractors to ensure timely completion. Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Resolve discrepancies through thorough collection and analysis of information. Present estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive data. Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Perform conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets. Review plans for accuracy and consistency. Manage all levels of take-offs and apply unit prices. Collaborate with the pre-construction team to successfully bid on projects. Develop into a leader within the estimating team. 2+ years of commerical experience Experience bidding valued at $1 million or more A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field a plus OSHA certification preferred What's on Offer
