Reston, VA Must Have: airwatch. Apple MacOS. Azure. Configuration Management. COTs applications and infrastructure services. Implementation. intune. jamf. PowerShell.
Profile:
Solid engineer with experience in Configuarion management, Jampf and Intune...day to day management/operations of these tools. Windows 365 Cloud PC. Experience with development, design and ongoing support for infrastructure operating systems, infrastructure services.
MUST HAVE:
Endpoint engineer experience (versus system administration or support center). Real exposure to endpoint management platforms, specifically Jampf (they want the selected person "to own" the administration of this tool). Experience scripting using PowerShell; macOS scripting. Experience with software packaging and deployment. Experience deploying hardware using enterprise tools. Configurations.

Position Overview:
The Associate Endpoint Engineer will assist in managing and maintaining the company's endpoint devices, including Windows and Mac systems. This role requires foundational knowledge and experience in using Intune and Jamf for device management, ensuring all endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and supporting Windows and Mac devices using Microsoft Intune and Jamf. Help develop and implement endpoint management policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with security standards and company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to endpoint devices and management tools. Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance endpoint security and performance. Monitor and report on the health and performance of endpoint devices. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in endpoint management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in managing Windows and Mac devices using Intune and Jamf. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Understanding of endpoint security practices and tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified Associate) are a plus.
