Job Description Summary #TeamAAM is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Metal Forming team in Twinsburg, Ohio on the 3rd Shift!

The Manufacturing Engineer Identifies, manages and implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to maximize throughput.

Job Description Evaluates manufacturing processes and requirements then develops proposals for equipment modifications, upgrades and/or replacements. Analyzes investment, return, and savings associated with equipment proposals. Collaborates on and supports equipment installations. Resolves issues with manufacturability or build sequence. Engages in proving out new technology and process efficiencies. Ensures production part acceptance and readiness. Maintains process integrity by developing and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines. Prepares workforce by conducting training; providing reference and support resources. All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years in an engineering role in an automotive environment. 1-2 years of direct experience in die cast engineering. Willingness and ability to work the 3rd Shift.
