We are excited to announce an opening for a SharePoint Administrator as part of our expanding National Security Sector. This role is based in Bethesda, MD, and requires an active TS/SCI Polygraph at the onset for consideration. As a SharePoint Administrator, you will be tasked with developing, managing, updating, and maintaining Knowledge Management (KM) systems, such as SharePoint sites and internal databases. Your contributions will facilitate data storage, sharing, and utilization, enabling effective information sharing among analysis, assessments, and legislative materials. You will play a key role in advising the Government on best practices for utilizing KM tools. Your responsibilities will include: Training system users, including IC partners, while providing user guides and support. Integrating information with other databases as required. Utilizing automated tools and visualizations to enhance user access and insights. Creating and maintaining virtual communities of interest to support collaboration and information sharing. Reporting and tracking metrics to measure progress against various programs and policies. Developing simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to enhance information exchanges across systems. Maintaining an organization-wide repository for instructions and policy documents. Building data repositories tailored to mission needs that generate relevant visualizations for analysis and reporting. Basic Qualifications: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required up front. Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00 The Leidos pay range is a guideline and might be adjusted based on various factors including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, abilities, and market alignment. Additional considerations may include internal equity and applicable laws.
