Develop and implement plans and methods for assigned programs to assure adherence to all contractual quality requirements and company Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures. production. OR Graduate Degree with four (4) years of prior Quality Engineer experience. OR In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior Quality Engineer experience. Must be a US Citizen. Preferred Additional Skills: CQE and/or other ASQ Certifications. Active Secret DoD security clearance at time of hire. Electrical, electro-optical, and mechanical assembly background. IPC/J-Std and/or Fiber Optic manufacturing background. Knowledge of ERP systems. (i.e. SAP, Costpoint, Team Center) Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
