Job Summary:
Play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cyber insurance solutions for our SME clients. Strong blend of underwriting, distribution and client engagement, and operational leadership skills. Deep understanding of cyber insurance products, processes, and SME market needs.

Exempt Key Responsibilities:
Planning, Execution & Delivery Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cyber insurance solutions for SME clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. Support the Head of Global Cyber Digital risks in the execution and delivery of Beazley's Sub250 Cyber Digital strategy, to drive growth, strategy, and automation in the sub250M cyber market, with a particular focus on the US geography. Work with the Head of Global Cyber Digital Risks, the US Cyber Risks Growth Leader, Partner Engagement, and Beazley Digital, to develop and execute on business and growth strategies for the Sub250M space; drive engagement with brokers and identify opportunities for continued growth and innovation by sourcing and developing new relationships and opportunities for growth. Manage and track performance using frameworks for reporting, quarterly reviews and deliverables necessary to ensure success. Analyse trading data across Beazley's trading platforms (email, portal, API) to generate actionable insights to drive the business forward. Asist with managing and driving e-trading (portal and API) strategy, including broker experience, to achieve efficiencies and drive profitable growth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Beazley's underwriting processes and guidelines, as well as technology capabilities, to develop solutions (working with internal and external stakeholders) that both meet our distribution partners needs and also maintain underwriting integrity. Distribution Management Coordinate with Beazley Marketing and Distribution, US Growth Leader Cyber Risks, and Beazley Digital with regard to distribution, marketing and underwriting to ensure alignment and consistency for cyber between Cyber Risks and Beazley Digital. Drive growth and distribution in the sub250M space, including enablement of API and e-trading distribution and relationships. Develop and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape in the Sub250M cyber market segment.
Underwriting Work closely with the underwriting management and the wordings team to suggest appropriate changes to the existing cyber insurance offerings to help create new, innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the market and maximise sales and profitability Structure tailor-made solutions by considering the team underwriting parameters and guidelines; and using underwriting knowledge and experience to win new business and increase retention of existing business
Marketing & Customer Journey Work closely with internal stakeholders (including Underwriting, Claims, Digital Operations and IT) and external partners (including brokers) to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of insurance products and services. Work with Beazley's marketing team to develop educational and marketing materials to support the sub250 customer base, including agency and broker distribution partners as well as Insureds. Ensure appropriate marketing materials are in place to support trading relationships, including API and platform trading so that Beazley is "showing" up as intended regardless of trading channel. Provide support as needed to other stakeholders as relates client experience and customer touch points to help insureds understand and improve on their risk posture.

Education & Qualifications 10+ years underwriting experience, preferably in cyber Insurance professional designations or advanced degree a plus
Skills & Abilities Able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise Motivational skills, team worker as well as able to work on own initiative General commercial and financial knowledge, including knowledge of financial management for the insurance business
