The Role
We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to drive innovation in our compliance automation platform. You'll work at the frontier of language model applications, developing novel solutions for document processing, due diligence, and risk assessment while ensuring robust evaluation and governance of AI systems.
What You'll Do Design and implement innovative LLM-powered solutions for compliance automation Develop sophisticated prompting strategies and RAG architectures Apply fine-tuning and in-context learning techniques Create custom evaluation frameworks
Build robust model evaluation and governance systems Design comprehensive back-testing methodologies Implement A/B testing frameworks Monitor model performance and drift
Research and apply cutting-edge AI techniques Evaluate new models and architectures Experiment with novel training approaches Develop custom RAG implementations
Write production-quality code to implement ML systems Design scalable architectures Implement proper monitoring Ensure system reliability

Deep expertise in modern LLMs and their applications Prompt engineering and chain-of-thought techniques RAG architectures and vector databases Fine-tuning and model adaptation
Strong foundation in ML evaluation and testing Back-testing methodologies A/B testing frameworks Model monitoring and governance
Solid software engineering fundamentals Ideal Candidates Have
