Summary:
ValidaTek is seeking an Information Technology Subject Matter Expert who possesses the ability to provide technical advice and guidance to the Program Manager, contract staff and Government Leadership on all technologies related to this order. Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to provide expert technical guidance in the architecture, deployment, and sustainment of a large complex physical and virtual server architecture and various enterprise applications supported on the server infrastructure. Experience in managing large scale IT incidents and directing program staff to needed areas of troubleshooting and remediation of issues. Experience with and solid working knowledge of an Information Technology Service Management system such as Remedy. Experience with Active Directory, group policy, applying group permissions and a good working knowledge of DNS/DHCP/DFS. Experience in Windows environments on Server 2012 and higher and Windows 10 operating systems; candidate should also have solid understanding of Unix/Linux. Demonstrated highly technical engineering capabilities. Work related experience in the following areas: Networks, Servers, Storage Area Networks, and systems management; directory systems; Public Key Infrastructure, IT customer support and training; computer server and workstation installation, diagnosis and repair; technical writing; computer security; knowledge management; database administration, design and management; system maintenance; information technology project management; computer scripting; Information System Testing. Qualifications:
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Bachelor's in Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, or 7 recent years of documented experience relevant to this key position. CISSP - preferred. Elevated RHEL certification - preferred.
Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $68,075.21/Yr.
Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $113,458.69/Yr.
Salary Disclosure: Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
