DevOps Engineer

Implement and manage source control (Azure DevOps Git). Comprehensive understanding of Azure DevOps Services Repos and Pipelines. Oversee repos and pipeline modules for setup, configuration, builds, releases, pull requests, security, policies, and error resolution. Support Windows Server, software installations, and IIS configurations. Support SQL Server and Azure SQL data definition language, data manipulation language, SQL Agent. Develop best practices, standards, and desk-level procedures for enterprise solutions. Perform release engineering tasks such as deployment of applications, database updates, and configurations. Ensure alignment between Azure Devops Services roadmap features and compliance needs. Manage the release management process. Understand RS X Rating and Majesco’s Insurance policy installation, configuration, and security requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory, company, and SOC 2 change management while performing job duties. Take on the responsibilities of a scrum master, guiding sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and resolving any blockers that arise. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), Management Information Systems or related field and 36 of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Additionally, all candidates must possess three years of experience working with software installation, configuration, and security needs; object-oriented programming languages, scripting, and data definition and manipulation languages; development tools including Azure DevOps Services, Visual Studio, , and GIT; Operating systems including Windows, and Linux.
