Job Description Establish and Lead Quality initiatives. Follow up quality metrics and support improvement projects and activities. Interface with customers regarding quality requirements, special customer requests, Customer Corrective Action Requests (CCARs), and continuous improvement activities Measure, monitor and improve customer satisfaction thru periodic Business Reviews and Customer Scorecards 8D problem solving systems and methodology Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and methodology Internal/external (supplier/customer/Registers) Quality Audits (IATF/ISO, OHSAS, etc.) and meetings (records, actions tracking to customer and other satisfaction) Change Control Board (CCB) systems and methodology Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) systems and methodology Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) systems and methodology Reliability qualification and ongoing monitoring This Job Is For You If Assignment Complexity- Assignments are complex in nature, engineering judgment required. Has innovative thinking. Accountability/Discretion - Responsible for actions deadlines. Working Relationships - Good people's skills. Facilitate technical analysis and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams. Supervision - Minimal supervision on daily activities. Job Requirements Engineering/chemistry/physics/mathematics bachelor's degree or equivalent required Minimum 5 years quality, process or integration engineering experience in a semiconductor fabrication facility, automotive industry or similar preferred Strong attention to details, organized and computer literate (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Passion to make an impact and lead for improvement Lead Auditor Certification for ISO, Automotive IATF 16949 standards is an advantage Experience working with Automotive tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D, SPC, MSA, 5S+S, IATF is an advantage Data mining, analysis, and software/automation skills is an advantage Lean Six-Sigma is an advantage Ability to interact in a team with good verbal and written communication skills United States Perks Perks And Benefits
