Resource Adequacy Implementation
who will help MISO identify and drive resource adequacy policy and tool enhancements in support of MISO Reliability Imperative framework and strategic priorities to reliably manage the portfolio transition. In this role, you will collaborate and facilitate discussions across many MISO functional areas, vendors, industry partners, regulators, and stakeholders to frame, evaluate and design solutions to meet current and future resource adequacy needs. you will also lead in-depth data analytics to identify resource adequacy trends and patterns of a changing portfolio, provide insights, and create visualization in an automated and intelligent way. You will be part of a high performing, dynamic, and diverse team that is centered around creativity, collaboration, commitment, and adaptability to drive forward resource adequacy policy and process enhancements. Resource Adequacy Implementation,
you will know you were successful if you can: Develop and apply a solid understanding of current and future resource adequacy policy needs in response to Reliability Imperative Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive resource adequacy policy changes. Perform in-depth data analytics with statistical analysis and visualize results through tools such as tableau to inform trends of resource portfolios. Conduct Resource Adequacy processes using various tools, including, but not limited to: Astrape SERVM and PowerGEM TARA

Experience with Energy Industry or ISO/RTOs is preferred. (preferred) 5 years: Related experience with Electric or Power Systems, wholesale capacity and energy markets. (required) Expereince with SAC, RBDC, probabilistic assessment, transmission planning, resource adequacy, or data analytics and visualization. (preferred)
