Job Duties: Review 3D design models (Solidworks preferred) to identify potential improvements. Work with various metal forming processes (stamping, bending, coating) to achieve desired product characteristics. Propose design modifications, material substitutions, or new product variations. Conduct stress analysis to ensure product durability and performance. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and implementation. Qualifications:
Experience with metal forming processes such as stamping, bending, and coating. Understanding in 3D design software, preferably Solidworks. Strong understanding of metal products, particularly aluminum alloys.
