What You Will Do Guidehouse is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in the Northern Virginia area. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Responsibilities at this level include but are not limited to:
Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and provide support to design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical guidance and support for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Provides technical support to application and tool development teams. Coordinates with software architect and other technical delivery team members to overcome technical obstacles. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel and government overseers. What You Will Need
A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Polygraph THREE (3) or more years' experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, etc. Experience supporting the federal government or DoD What Would Be Nice To Have
A CURRENT and ACTIVE Top Secret (TS) / SCI federal security clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph Bachelor's Degree Ability to derive and understanding of stakeholder needs and functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness from system requirements Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces Experience with Agile project management principles and processes What We Offer Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
