Position Summary

- The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating resources and managing stakeholder expectations across various departments to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to drive project success from inception to completion. The IT Project Manager will oversee projects related to infrastructure, software development, cloud solutions, and more, aligning with the organization's strategic goals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Starting Salary at $115,000 and up

Lead IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. Define project scope, objectives, and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and third-party vendors for project success. Ensure technical feasibility and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and system administrators. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and issues. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs with proper documentation and approvals. Optimize resource allocation and work with department heads to assign staff according to skills and availability. Provide technical oversight for infrastructure, cloud solutions, and software implementations. Facilitate daily/weekly team meetings to review progress, challenges, and next steps. Lead architecture discussions for the order management platform and its enhancements with product and development teams. Drive solutions for key business decisions to ensure alignment and collaboration on new products and enhancements. Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve business and IT goals, focusing on continuous improvement. Provide recommendations to improve existing applications and processes. Conduct personnel-related activities, including staffing, mentoring, and team development. Experience managing mid to large-scale IT transformation or cloud migration projects. IT Project Manager Position Qualifications:

Education/Learning Experience

Required: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration. Desired: Master's degree. Work Experience

Required: 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Skills/Knowledge Required:

Required: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Effective risk management and ability to foresee and address challenges. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Desired: Experience managing mid to large-scale IT transformation or cloud migration projects. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT compliance standards. License/Certifications Desired:

Required: PMP Desired: PMP with Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable or equivalent.
