Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist

AXIS Management Group is seeking an experienced Business Process Reengineering Professional to support a continuing education program for federal law enforcement personnel.
Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain MS Power Apps and MS Power BI tools related to business process re-engineering efforts. Identify existing data sets that would be utilized or transformed for the business process reengineering program. Work with key stakeholders and users to gather, define, and document ‘as-is’ processes. Support FLETC data working group and other working groups, as necessary. Develop business process maps and translate functional requirements. Identify gaps, define the future state, and create specifications for enhancements. Provide analytical support to process development and improvement efforts. Work with program offices to define new areas of improvement, prioritize such improvements, define, and build business case justification for such new initiatives. Apply process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies and principles to achieve business process modernization. Apply, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control, and risk analysis to modernize business processes. Create/modify existing process models, data dictionaries, standard operating procedure documents, and other supporting documentation. Perform quality assurance on finished work products to ensure the effort captures all changes accurately and completely. Coordinate and communicate the status of changes to team members and business leadership. Provide weekly or monthly status updates as required. Requirements:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification and qualification -- PMP (Project Management Professional), CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), Agile Project Management MS Power Platform certification 2-4 years’ experience developing flow charts/process flow diagrams or data flow diagrams/business process modeling 2 years' experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI Adept with MS Office Suite Ability to pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust). U.S. citizen.
