We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Executive to join our team and spearhead our new business acquisition efforts for our digital transformation consulting firm.

Position Overview:
As a Client Executive - New Business Hunter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, follow up on lead generation, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Drawing on your industry experience and consultative selling skills, you will position our digital transformation solutions to address clients' unique challenges and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies to understand their digital transformation needs and pain points.
Conduct in-depth research on target industries and companies to tailor value propositions and solution offerings.
Leverage your network and attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including conducting workshops, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the internal team, including consultants and subject matter experts, to craft compelling proposals and deliver customized solutions to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position our company as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales role within the digital transformation, technology consulting, or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets.
Strong hunter mentality and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Strong business acumen and understanding of digital transformation trends and technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure with uncapped commission program. Base salary up to $200K with Year one OTE $300K+
