ISIT Cybersecurity Lead
to design, implement, and manage comprehensive cybersecurity measures. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT/OT security with a deep understanding of network architectures, security protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the new hire will drive business efficiency by ensuring compliance with security standards and staying current with emerging threats and technologies. Houston, TX Type of Position:
Direct Hire Responsibilities: Design and maintain secure IT and OT network architectures for offshore assets Implement and manage cybersecurity measures for both IT and OT environments Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans Develop and enforce security policies and procedures Respond to and mitigate security incidents Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field 5+ years of experience in IT/OT security, with focus on industrial control systems In-depth knowledge of IT and OT network architectures and protocols Proficiency in applying NIST and other relevant cybersecurity frameworks Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM) Understanding of offshore operations and associated security challenges Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP) preferred Experience in the oil and gas or maritime industry preferred Knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance standards preferred Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
