SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will build and manage the infrastructure that supports our AI-driven platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and high-performing. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams, overseeing hands-on DevOps tasks and team management to drive critical company objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployments. • Manage and enhance infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible. • Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Oversee the management of containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and Datadog, implementing necessary improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the development process. • Ensure infrastructure and systems comply with security and industry standards. • Lead and mentor the DevOps team, aligning efforts with larger company goals. REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines in production environments. • Strong expertise with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible. • Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, security, and automation. • Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration too (Kubernetes). • Solid knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana/ELK stack, and experience with Datadog. •
Must have managed a consumer systems platform with 50 million or more active users. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills focused on performance optimization and automation. • Experience in leading and managing a DevOps team to achieve key organizational goals. • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments. • Must be comfortable working from 10 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time Zone. • Must have a reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, Wi-Fi connection, and adequate audio and video equipment.
