Matheny's Arts Access program empowers individuals with disabilities to create art without boundaries. Duties of this position include:

Develops and executes a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with Matheny's mission, vision and strategic objectives. Leads digital transformation efforts across the organization. Oversees all aspects of Matheny's information systems, IT infrastructure, clinical systems, cybersecurity, data governance, and technology operations. Ensures technolgy systems and practices meet regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA. Leads the selection, implementation, and optimization of a new enterprise-wide Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Oversees intergration with other clinical and administratrive systems. Establishes and chairs a Technology Steering Committee to guide technology investments, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Implements formal IT governance processes. Develops and manages annual and multi-year technology budgets. Oversees technology vendor relationships and contract negotiations. Leads the development and execution of a formal cybersecurity program aligned with HIPAA and NIST standards. Serves as primary owner of organizational cybersecurity risk. Establishes a data governance program to improve quality, accessibility, and utilization across the organization. Oversees the implementation of data warehourse and business intelligence capabilities. Directs the modernization of Matheny's technology infrastructure, including cloud migration strategy, network updrades, and end-user computing enhancements. Builds and leads a high-performing IT organization. Develops IT staff capabilities through training, mentoring, and strategic hiring. Establishes IT service management best practices. Collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to identify opportunities for technology-enabled innovation and process improvement. Oversees change management for major technology initiatives. Stays current on healthcare technology trends and evaluates emerging technologies for potential application at Matheny. Represents Matheny's technology interests with external stakeholders. Position Requirements

Qualifications/Education:

Required: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred: MBA or healthcare-focused graduate degree. Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years at a senior executive level in a healthcare organization. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale EMR implementations and digital transformation initiatives in complex healthcare environments. Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, cybersecurity best practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements. Proven track record of aligning technology strategy with organizational goals and driving innovation. Licensure/Certifications:

Preferred certifications such as CHCIO (Certified Healthcare CIO) or CPHIMS (Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems). Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
