The Role

We are looking for experienced, motivated, and hard-working Business Development Representatives (BDR) who love to win. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities that generate new revenue. When you join the team, you will collaborate in identifying target accounts and contacts and coordinate outreach with sales and marketing. Duties of the Business Development Representative include consistently meeting or exceeding new pipeline targets and activity metrics; setting qualified appointments for your assigned sales partner(s); and supporting marketing campaigns and programs through email and phone follow up. The position requires active listening skills, strong detail orientations with the ability to follow defined processes, and an ability to learn and stay aware of key client and industry needs.

Salary Range: $55,000 base - $100k OTE

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done :

Ability to qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs, product fit and purchase timeline Schedule demonstrations and discovery calls for our Account Executive team, follow up as necessary Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month An 'always seeking to improve' mentality. Experiment, test, analyze and improve your prospecting and qualification tactics. Coaching will be supplied Serve as the company representative at trade shows Update CRM with notes, activity, and next steps if needed for every contact attempt. Develop and be able to articulate genuine customer empathy What You'll Bring:

2+ years of lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience A self-motivated, highly organized and positive attitude Familiarity with a CRM (Hubspot preferred) An ability to build rapport quickly through asking great questions and active listening to the answers. Strong interpersonal skills (positive and personable) An ability to initiate a conversation, communicate value, and handle objections. An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
