This is a HUD SEC 8 / TCAC Combo property. Qualified candidates will have 1 + years of management experience at a HUD and/or Tax-Credit property. Must have a thorough understanding of HUD and Tax Credit compliance. Salary range: $69,888 - $96,096 annually; hiring range for new employees is generally $69,888 - $78,078 annually, DOE.
