JOB SUMMARY:
Seacoast Bank is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) and be proficient in the development, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure robust and secure identity management processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Implementation:
Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance in SailPoint.
Develop build map rules, Lifecycle Management events, and workflows.
Manage SailPoint updates and upgrades on new features and releases.
Customize and enhance email templates, and reports.
Stay up to date on new features.
Identity Management:
Work with business requirements to design and implement appropriate role-based access.
Evaluate new opportunities for automation within the SailPoint ecosystem.
Create campaigns for user access reviews.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Information Technology, Information Security, development, and operations.
Prioritize and execute tasks in alignment with SailPoint implementation project goals.
Responsible for all SailPoint subject matter.
Engineering:
Add Okta integrated applications.
Integrate SailPoint with various target systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and other enterprise applications.
Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
Maintenance and Support
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SailPoint implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Perform regular system health checks and apply fixes and updates as needed.
Adheres to Seacoast Bank's code of conduct.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the modern IAM platforms including application design and consulting experience on IAM functions like user life cycle management, access control policies, federation, MFA, and role management.
Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
Familiarity with identity provisioning, access management, and governance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
SailPoint certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer).
Knowledge of security protocols, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
Experience with cloud-based identity solutions.
