Sales Coordinator

who would support the Director of Outreach & Sales in achieving/maintaining full occupancy for the The Orchards of Minnetonka Assisted Living. The position will act as a trusted coordinator to potential residents, families, and surrounding community. The focus is to coordinate the move in process including but not limited to ensure all documents are completed and communication completed and coordinated with senior resident, family, and community leaders. Additionally, the position will maintain strong knowledge of the community's services, programs, and offerings and convey them to potential residents and families. Responsibilities/Job Description: Support the implementation of the sales and marketing plan aimed at achieving/maintaining full occupancy Follows Ebenezer Sale System guidelines Ensures marketing materials are current and available Implements pre-closings of unit sales Manages wait list Promotes positive customer relations Provides guidance and resources to residents/families with their transition into and out of their home Maintains database of contact records up to date Builds awareness about community and provides responsive service to referral sources and other groups Serves as a resource to residents and families seeking information Participtes in lease signings with new residents and their family members Works with Sales and Marketing team to plan and implement marketing and referral events Assumes special projects as assigned

Qualifications: Required: One to three years of experience High Scool Diploma/GED Computer Skills Preferred: Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or related majors Three to five years of experience Experience in Medical or Human Service Field
