Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
PREREQUISITES
General: Must qualify for a Tribal Non Gaming license. Obtain and maintain current Food Handlers Certification.
Education: Education and/or training in hospitality experience preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: Previous work experience as a busser preferred.
Physical: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, moving and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination.

Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
- Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables.
- Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones.
- Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners.
- Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table.
- Refilling drinking glasses with water.
- Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy.
- Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day.
- Maintain Title 31 compliance accurately.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
