Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal at Darren Silver & Associates, LLP in Los Angeles, CA. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, assisting with immigration issues, and supporting the attorneys in immigration law matters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Immigration Law and Visas
• Preferred experience in Business immigration including, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-5
• NIV such as L-1, E-2
• IV processing
• Family and Naturalization applications
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field
