About the Role The Recruiting Coordinator position is part of our People & Talent team and plays a vital role in delivering a seamless recruiting experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholders. You will support the recruiting team and our recruiting process by providing sourcing support, coordinating interviews and managing an efficient hiring workflow. In addition, this role will assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the employee lifecycle. Role Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication Facilitate onsite interviews at our Louisville, CO office, creating a welcoming environment for candidates Maintain timely and professional correspondence with candidates and internal interviewers, enhancing the overall recruiting experience Perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and streamline scheduling efficiency Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions Assist with offboarding processes Input data to help assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process Manage job boards and oversee job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent Support recruitment initiatives Assist in various ad hoc projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement within the People & Talent team Qualifications 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination Advanced experience with Greenhouse ATS Heavy scheduling and calendar management experience Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and prioritization abilities Strong skills in Excel and CRM tools Highly organized and detail oriented Compensation The hourly range for this role as it is posted is $25.00 - $35.00. The final pay will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and specific office location.
