Maintenance TechnicianMonday-Friday8am-4:30pm Responsible for inspecting, repairing, programing and maintaining equipment and machines. Repair equipment, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic components, automated systems. Inspect and investigate the cause of the failure or malfunction of machinery in order to perform corrective repairs. Install, optimize and/or adjust all plant equipment to maximize efficiency. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed, lights, plumbing, doors, etc. Troubleshoot, and repair of electrical systems, replace lamps, fuses, solenoid coils and other basic electrical devices as needed. Operate a wide variety of hand and power tools such as wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, gear pullers, jacks, drill press, band saw, screw gun, grinder, welders, torch, electric drill, impact wrench. Inspecting , lubricating, adjusting, replacing fabricating, installing, removing, and troubleshooting conveyors, conveyor belts, pulleys, rollers motors, gear boxes, chain take-ups, rollers, sensors and reflectors, safety switches, guide rails, and frames. Use test equipment (digital multi- meters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to trouble shoot circuits down to the component level necessary.
