Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ .Responsibilities: Measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations Organizing and maintaining system components Maintaining documentation of completed installations Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions Qualifications: E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA Basic Hand tools Minimum 2 years of experience as a skilled laborer Must be comfortable with heights Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation You may be eligible for paid leave benefits under federal, state, and/or local law, such as paid sick and safe leave and paid public health emergency leave under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
