25 miles to Fayetteville 50 miles to Lewisburg & Bluefield 55 miles to Charleston Trauma Surgeon to join an established hospital employed practice in the only Level III trauma center in the region with over 50,000 ED visits annually. The ideal candidate will perform a full spectrum of bread and butter general surgery including minimally invasive procedures. With the da Vinci Robot available onsite there s an additional opportunity to perform advanced procedures including trauma, and bariatrics. With two hyperbaric oxygen chambers, there s also an ability to incorporate wound care if desired. • Flexible block scheduling for surgery cases • 7 ORs in hospital and 2 ORs/4 special procedure rooms in the MOB • Cases volumes range from 400-600 annually • Shared ER call between 3-6 days per month • Strong referral base with service area of over 250,000 people • Sub-Specialty support to include Vascular, Thoracic, and Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, and Infectious Disease Recruitment Package may include: Base salary + wRVU production incentive Quality bonus CME allowance Sign-on bonus Medical debt assistance
