We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Spring, Texas. The role is based in an office setting and involves a range of administrative tasks within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service
• Ensuring timely and detail oriented email correspondence
• Utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, for various tasks
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining organized schedules
• Assisting with filing, scanning, and mailing communications
• Monitoring and updating customer records regularly
• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly
• Assisting in other administrative support tasks as needed.• Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid experience in Email Correspondence, with excellent written communication skills.
• Experience handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls in a detail oriented manner.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining and organizing data.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management and task organization.
• Ability to create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent Microsoft Word skills, including creating, formatting, and editing documents.
• Demonstrated ability to Schedule Appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
