Duties and responsibilities
- Act as a conduit between the project team, Project Manager, and customer ensure an accurate and successful project build
- Manage project scope of work and related project budgets
- Build and train a skilled and effective workgroup including but not limited to Foreman, Journeyman, and Apprentice Electricians.
- Manage multiple competing priorities across 3 - 5 active projects on a regular basis
- Answer emergency calls quickly, assessing safety and provide direction quickly and efficiently
- Create and manage material and Client look ahead reports on active projects and recommend adjustments in an effort to meet and beat set budgets and project deadlines
- Participate in project kick off meetings where estimating transitions projects to the operations and project teams
- Manage and maintain regular documentation including JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) forms, daily job reports, and other related recurring project documentation
- Maintain equipment to ensure it is in good condition and can operate or be used safely; report any issues to immediate supervisor.

- Possess a current (non-expired) state of Texas Journeyman's license (preferred)
- Possess current trade certifications is a plus
- Able to manage projects on energized circuits preferred while being in compliance with all OSHA, Industry and company standards
- Preferably have completed a four-year apprenticeship program or equivalent trade school
- Possess at minimum OSHA 10-hour certification (30-hour preferable)
- Possess an unexpired CPR certificate
- Must be able to manage and direct three or more Foreman to perform the job at hand safely, correctly and timely
- Proficient in use of code book, able to read blueprints and equipment schedules
- Good communication skills and be able to interact with customers, inspectors, vendors and other craftsmen in and efficient, professional, safe and positive manner
- Comply with safety requirements, company safety program and ensure those working with and around are complying with all safety requirements, programs and procedures
- Comply with company's quality assurance program and perform all work within compliance
- Good Mechanical Aptitude
- Bilingual a plus (not required)
- Self-starter, must be able to complete day to day tasks and work without direct supervision
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
