The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Company Overview:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Supports TA Partner by scheduling interviews between candidates and interview team, maintaining interview communications and directions for respective locations Provides status reports to HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates, specifically regarding background checks and drug screens. Manages the administrative tasks in the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the organization, from job posting to offer acceptance. Schedules interviews and manages communication with candidates throughout the interview process. Assists in the coordination of on-site interviews, including booking rooms. Ensures timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Onboarding System. Collaborates with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices. Supports new hire onboarding activities and ensures a smooth transition for new employees Assists TA Partner on occasion with sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks). Assists in special projects Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area preferred Prior experience in an administrative function preferred Skills & Abilities:
Agility and flexibility working in an environment with decentralized processes. Effective planning, priority setting, and time management. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-functioning team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines. Creative thinker and thought leader; demonstrates intellectual curiosity. Ability to quickly establish and maintain credibility with key leaders at all levels of the organization. Consultative skills and experience required. Track record of taking initiative, working independently, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. High-level of emotional intelligence and business acumen, with ability to understand how Talent Acquisition function ties into the broader organizations priorities. Technical Knowledge & Experience:
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred Experience with UKG preferred Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred Physical Requirements:
Typical office environment.
