This role will lead our Israel-based design team, oversee all channels/mediums of design and production, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a consistent brand that resonates with our target audience and drives intent.Temporary Full time role starting in November and lasting 8 months with an option to extend.What You'll OwnDevelop, execute, and oversee the creation of high-quality visual designs that align with WalkMe's brand strategy and marketing goals across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and moreEnsure all creative outputs maintain brand/concept consistency and adhere to established brand guidelines, while also innovating within those parameters. Provide direction and support to design team members on design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall creative vision Lead and mentor the creative design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance. Manage the day-to-day operations of the design team, including workload balancing, external vendors and freelancers, project assignments, and ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs. Actively participate in design projects, demonstrating a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and contribute directly to creative outputs alongside team members, when necessary.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions that meet business objectives.Generate creative concepts and visual language that resonate with target audiences, based on strategic briefs and company KPIs.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcomes, ensuring timely delivery of projects.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep WalkMe's creative output fresh and competitive. The starting hourly rate for this role is between $86 and $112 per hour. The pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
