Job Title: Certinia PSA Solution Architect - Global Salesforce

The role of the PSA Solution Architect is to lead client delivery, be responsible for architectural design, and guide clients using their best practices with Certinia PSA. The PSA Solution Architect will work closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Consultants, and Client Stakeholders to drive requirements and recommendations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide value for clients by mapping business requirements into applicable solution design and architectural diagrams. Work directly with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze and streamline business processes. Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions. Provide innovative client solutions leveraging Salesforce tools and concepts such as custom objects, custom fields, formulas, workflows, processes and flows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, permission sets, analytics, and more. Recommend and implement the appropriate system architecture that adheres to best practices along with delivering business efficiencies to the client's business. Manage and prioritize responsibilities based on organization and client commitments. Stay on top of current Salesforce and Certinia best practices applicable to the industry. Provide training and technical support to clients. Continually work to provide clients with operational efficiencies across all aspects of the business. Support enablement initiatives throughout the organization. PSA Required Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Strong experience in solution architecture with Quote-to-Cash tools including Certinia PSA. Subject Matter Expert in professional services automation. Previous experience with implementing Certinia PSA solutions required Experience with integrations for Force.com platform. PSA Preferred Qualifications:

Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. Salesforce System Admin Certification. 4+ years as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect. Experience in creating documentation for requirements, design, testing, and training. Comfortable speaking with clients and developing business processes alongside them. Accounting Experience (A CPA is not required; an understanding of accounting principles and end-user application of accounting practices is required. Personal Skills:

Strong communication and writing skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a team environment and encourage others to succeed. Adept at handling complex issues and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Senior Consultant role is $110,000 - $203,000. For the Principal Architect role, the base salary pay range is $122,000- $225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
