Key responsibilities:
Accurately maintain the Daily Activity Report Coordinate all emergency dispatching, one-site and through municipal services Monitor the Fire Alarm System Monitor incoming calls Conduct routine patrol checks around properties. Control and document the issuance of keys and radios Control entry and exit of the resort service entrance Monitors the CCTV cameras
Security cameras play a critical role in detecting risk or events that can lead to property loss or injury. A consistent and intentional effort must be made to monitor cameras. Report any broken or maintenance required cameras to Security leadership
Logging in and out Visitors of the property Logging in and out guest/associate packages Proper execution of the lost and found program. Pass-on all information to oncoming Dispatch Officer. ENVIRONMENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with federal, state, and local standards Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, climb stairs and steps, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
