Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role as an interactive marketing specialist and project manager. You'll leverage Overdrive's products and services to meet client objectives, applying your understanding of their business landscape, target audience, and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication at all levels Provide strategic marketing counsel to clients Develop and implement short and long-term marketing initiatives Oversee day-to-day project management for assigned accounts Guide agency personnel to meet client objectives Manage account financials, including budgets, estimates, and spending Analyze campaign performance and communicate findings to clients Prepare and present agency and client performance reports Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in an advertising or interactive marketing agency Proven knowledge of online advertising techniques (Social Media, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, etc.) Experience working with cross-functional teams Working knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics) and marketing KPIs Understanding of agency financial processes Strong project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Core Competencies
Thorough understanding of interactive and general marketing principles Initiative and innovation in problem-solving Ability to facilitate and evaluate effective communication strategies Strong leadership potential and team management skills Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Meticulous attention to detail Eagerness to learn and lead client businesses Desired Qualifications
