Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company objectives. Optimize workflow processes and resource allocation to enhance efficiency. Team Management: Supervise and manage production teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Foster a safe, motivated, and productive work environment. Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Address and resolve production issues to maintain quality and minimize downtime. Resource Management: Oversee the use of raw materials, tools, and machinery. Manage budgets, inventory levels, and procurement needs. Health and Safety: Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures. Ensure the facility complies with all regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity. Implement lean manufacturing techniques or Six Sigma practices. Reporting and Analysis: Track production metrics and prepare performance reports. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations to senior management.
