Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Extrusion Line Manager to oversee our plastic extrusion processes. This position is key to ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of our production lines. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure our sustainable products are produced according to exacting quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement plans to meet quality, production and financial goals.
Assembling and managing your team for the extrusion department.
Managing resources for production including labor and materials.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure all Safety, Health and Quality standards are being met by the manufacturing team.
Schedule and manage production, provide status reports to the Plant manager and ensure on-time delivery of products.
Identify and create process and quality improvements.
Forecast, set and manage the budget and cost control programs for manufacturing.
Conduct performance reviews.
Safety committee member.
Foster and promote a positive and safe work environment for all employees.
Requirements
High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred.
5 years of experience in manufacturing required, plastic extrusion experience preferred.
Lean manufacturing experience.
Proficient in MS Suite
Effective leadership skills and problem-solving techniques required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
