Position: Technical PM Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite) Mode: Full-Time Salary : $110k + Benefits (No Bonus)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle from project inception to successful implementation. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and oversight for the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using .NET and C#. Architect and implement scalable, microservices-based applications deployed on Azure. Ensure the seamless integration of all the Azure backend services. Collaboration & Communication:

Facilitate requirements meetings, peer review sessions, and status updates with clients and internal teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of front-end and back-end components. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and status reporting. Quality Assurance & Optimization:

Implement robust testing and verification services to ensure the reliability and performance of microservices. Optimize cloud-based deployments with a focus on security, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud deployments, microservices, and application performance. Team Management:

Manage and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of development teams through proper resource allocation, troubleshooting, and prioritization. Share best practices with the Technical Project Management team to resolve project issues and ensure successful project delivery. Technical Skills:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Project Manager with a strong focus on Azure technologies and microservices architecture. Proficiency in .NET development, particularly with C# and .NET Core. Strong knowledge of Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Blob Storage. Expertise in Azure backend services such as Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Experience in architecting and deploying microservices and verification services on Azure. Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures, deployment strategies, and cloud computing concepts. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates is a plus. Optional: Experience or proficiency in React for front-end development.
