Overview The Cook Medical Critical Care Specialty is a leader in providing inventive, differentiated interventional solutions for clinicians experiencing unmet diagnosis and treatment needs in pleural disease, benign and malignant lung disease, and airway management. The Critical Care Product Marketing team works closely with Product Management to ensure we meet our mid-term plan, to defend and extend strong core revenue. We collaborate to identify unmet needs and product development opportunities and work towards product development and go to market launch strategies. This position is a 12-week paid internship located in Bloomington, Indiana. It is offered for a period extending from mid-May through mid-August (exact dates depend on school calendars.) This position includes 401(k) options, an assigned mentor, capstone presentation, and intern events. If working onsite, you will also have access to a fitness center, an onsite cafeteria option, and a one-time housing stipend. All internships provide hands-on experience with meaningful projects in the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry. Responsibilities As we execute on our strategic plan to deeply connect with customers via a congress footprint, educational workshops, global webinar events, digital journeys, and engagement campaigns, whilst assisting R&D projects by developing value propositions and market opportunity assessments – we are looking for a curious, energetic intern to apply their state of the art knowledge and AI skills to projects supporting these initiatives in 2025. Qualifications/Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Professional Marketing or Product Management, Marketing Science or Analytics, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in the medical technology industry. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications • All candidates should have an interest in a career in the Life Sciences field, a willingness to take initiative, and an ability to work well with others • Candidates should be students entering their Junior or Senior year the following fall semester or entering graduate school; candidates who graduate the spring semester before this internship are also eligible • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred • All candidates must provide proof of enrollment (including pre-registration certification for the following fall) for consideration • Multiple disciplines will be considered (e.g., Marketing, Life Sciences, General Business, and Management)
