Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT/Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing ERP systems and IT infrastructure, including networking, within a manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless ERP system operations and maintaining robust IT and network infrastructure to support business needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in ERP management, IT operations, and project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems to align with business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational requirements and customize ERP functionalities accordingly. Manage ERP system integrations with manufacturing equipment and other business applications. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to operations. IT Infrastructure and Networking: Maintain and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment. Monitor and ensure the stability, security, and performance of the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Wi-Fi systems. Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems from cybersecurity threats. Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and network performance assessments. Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and network devices as needed. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT and ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress toward project goals. Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders and provide clear updates to management. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, manufacturing teams, and ERP vendors. Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and propose effective solutions. Provide training and technical support to staff on ERP systems and IT/networking tools. Solicit and act on feedback from end-users to enhance system functionality and usability. Optimization and Reporting: Continuously assess and improve ERP workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Analyze ERP and IT performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Recommend upgrades, optimizations, and new technologies to support business growth. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor) and IT/networking infrastructure. Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and operating systems. Experience in implementing and managing IT security solutions, including antivirus, firewalls, and VPNs. Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to address complex IT and ERP issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network, or equivalent networking credentials. ERP system certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Certified Professional). PMP or PRINCE2 certification for project management. Familiarity with ITIL best practices for IT service management. Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 integration. Work Environment: On-site role based at the manufacturing facility, with occasional travel to other company locations.
