As the Founding Product Marketing Manager at Tavrn, you will have the responsibility of developing and executing product marketing strategies to bring our AI-powered legal solutions to market. You’ll collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs, refine our value proposition, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue growth. You will be the voice of the product in the market, ensuring that Tavrn’s innovations are effectively communicated and positioned to the legal industry. Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex product features into clear and compelling marketing messages. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Tavrn's AI-driven legal tools. Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly conveys the value of our solutions to personal injury attorneys and legal professionals. Create high-impact marketing collateral, including product demos, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and videos. Collaborate with the product team to understand upcoming features and product enhancements, translating them into marketing opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine our positioning and identify growth opportunities. Partner with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and materials that support customer acquisition and retention. Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and increase product usage. Manage and optimize marketing funnels, including tracking key metrics and using data to improve campaign effectiveness. Establish and own the product marketing function, contributing to the overall business strategy and growth. Experience: 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Proven track record of launching products and driving go-to-market strategies that result in significant growth. Experience in the legal technology space or other highly regulated industries is a plus. Strong background in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for various audiences.
