Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Development to join our real estate development business, specializing in affordable housing projects in Washington, DC. Based in our downtown office, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, financing, and implementation of a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from financing consulting to the development and management of multi-family deals. Main duties and responsibilities include: Independently lead and oversee all aspects of planning, financing, and implementation for multiple affordable housing developments in the Washington, DC area. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies, lenders, and community partners, to navigate land transactions, secure financing, and facilitate successful project execution.
