We're looking for a passionate, strategic and customer-obsessed product marketer who can help drive the LinkedIn Jobs business forward, with an emphasis on Enterprise product solutions & go-to-market. This is a fast-paced and highly strategic role. You will be responsible for identifying short and long term opportunities in the Jobs space to drive the strategic vision for how LinkedIn Talent Solutions can best serve the Enterprise audience. The right candidate can tease out customers' real needs, build & execute strategic business cases, lead innovative cross-channel go-to-market launches, create compelling narratives for our customers and sales partners, and can easily pivot from strategy to get-it-done mode. Responsibilities: Grow the Enterprise Jobs business by leading product marketing strategy and execution for new features, products and monetization strategies Define go-to-market strategy including business goals, definition of target/persona, and recommended approach Develop and execute world-class launch communications strategy across marketing, sales, and in-product channels. Inspire and lead cross-functional teams across product, product marketing, demand gen, and sales to deliver against your go-to-market strategy. Partner with international teams to scale programs globally. Create compelling, differentiated messaging, positioning and sales narratives, with a clear understanding of the target customer/audience and the core capabilities of the offering Be the voice of the customer by developing deep insights about customers, global trends and competitors to shape product strategy and incorporate into customer and sales enablement strategy Qualifications Basic qualifications: BS/BS Degree or equivalent experience 6 years of experience in relevant product, marketing or business strategy roles 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing Preferred qualifications: Direct product marketing experience with a track record of developing, executing and scaling impactful multi-channel go-to-market strategies. Skilled in validating inbound market requirements that inform product & GTM strategies by analyzing competitive positioning and tactics, collecting and synthesizing customer and field insights, and executing market research Ability to analyze data and frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively. Effective cross-functional collaborator, aligning teams across product, marketing, sales and other functions to achieve shared objectives Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic, fast-moving environment Excellent grasp of B2B marketing and product launch strategy. Outstanding interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills. The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
